- Inquiry via online booking form, email or telephone by the guest.
When booking via email, please inform us directly of the number of people and the length of your desired stay. - Offer with exact price information by email from us.
The price of the holiday apartment varies depending on the number of guests and the length of stay. <br> We will be happy to send you your personal offer. <br> This offer does not include the costs for the local tourist tax.

To book we need your email and postal address and a telephone number for quick contact.
- Inquiries via the online booking form, email or telephone by the guest When booking by email, please let us know the number of people and the length of your desired stay.
- Offer with exact price information by e-mail, including the payment terms.
- When our offer is booked by the guest, the reservation is made by us and the guest transfers the deposit within the payment terms, only then does the booking become binding.
- The final payment by the guest is due 30 days before arrival
If the payment is not made promptly and on time, the reservation will expire - The visitor’s tax is paid on site in CASH (€) by the guest. (currently 1.60 € per night / adult) Please note that your booking request does not mean a reservation.
The booking is made with the booking confirmation and is binding. At the same time, you accept our house rules, terms and conditions including cancellation agreements.
We highly recommend that you independently take out a travel cancellation insurance that suits you, unless you have one in an existing insurance policy.
